Responsibilities
- Installing structural steel frameworks according to blueprints
- Performing torch cutting, fabricating, and steel installation
- Ensuring fall protection measures are in place during erection
- Operating heavy equipment and cranes for lifting and rigging
- Installing cables and performing cable pulling as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in commercial construction and reinforced structural steel
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools and heavy equipment operation
- NCCER certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
