Responsibilities
- Work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis.
- Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service.
- Travel to job sites in The Southern Tier using your own truck or van.
- Potential income ranging from $20 to $24 per hour.

Requirements
- Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and good overall knowledge of all trades.
- Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Own standard set of tools for all trades.
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Documentation and invoicing skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications
- Prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman with estimation skills and home inspection experience, strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Own truck or van.
- Residence within 15 miles of Binghamton.
