Full-Time Intensive Care Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Responsibilities Include Delivering high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients Performing complex patient assessments Administering medications and infusions Managing ventilators and responding rapidly to patient status changes Collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Developing and implementing patient-centered care plans Qualifications & Skills Current nursing licensure Experience in critical care or ICU settings preferred Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Key Duties: Provide compassionate, high-quality care, ensure patient safety, and contribute to positive patient outcomes through teamwork and adherence to best practices.
