About the role
Registered Nurse II in the Intensive Care Unit, providing expert, patient-centered critical care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex, high-acuity patients
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Titrate IV medications and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Support evidence-based practices, patient and family education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor newer nurses and promote a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in critical care or ICU preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
