Job Title: Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Collierville, occasionally rotating to East Memphis

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Conduct patient assessments
- Educate and support patients
- Ensure compliance and quality
- Optimize clinical workflows
- Collaborate with healthcare teams

- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted licenses: Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state)
- Board certification: AANP or ANCC certification required
- Life support certifications: BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred
- Clinical experience: Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus
- Ability to treat a diverse patient population: Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
- Strong IV and infusion therapy skills: Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in clinical documentation: Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication & collaboration: Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in infusion therapy
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Pay and Schedule
- Pay: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: 4 - 10 hour shifts a week, rotating between Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) & occasional Saturday coverage in East Memphis
