About the role
MCI is seeking a Full-Time Inbound Sales Representative to assist customers with their inquiries and purchasing needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and listening skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Build trust through excellent customer service.
- Meet sales and performance goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Nice to have: previous inbound sales experience, customer service or call center experience, experience working toward sales goals, CRM software experience, upselling or cross-selling experience, bilingual or multilingual skills.

Pay
The pay for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
