Full-Time Housekeeper

About the role

The Room Attendant/Housekeeper at Hyatt Place Madison/Downtown is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned. This position requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms in a clean, comfortable, and inviting condition.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• Lift, pull, and push moderate weights as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to communicate well with guests.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The hourly pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Schedule

The shift is from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 5:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
