Full-time Housekeeper

Cameron Nursing Center is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

About the role

The Housekeeping Aide performs daily housekeeping and cleaning duties in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and therapy spaces
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and department procedures
• Perform emergency or special cleaning as needed
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment
• Work cooperatively with other departments to support resident care
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and dress code

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
