Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Seasonal Openings (T0558)

Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay

• Warehouse Associate: $22.25 – $24.75 per hour (starting at $22.25)
• Warehouse Worker: $23.75 – $28.14 per hour (starting at $23.75)

Additional shift differential pay of $2.00 – $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Opportunity to grow pay based on tenure.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Requirements

For Both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs frequently throughout a shift
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions

Warehouse Worker Only

• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift)
• Work at heights of up to 40 ft where applicable
• Work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift (Food Distribution Center only)
