Full Time Host – Solette Seattle (Rooftop Venue)
About Us
Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Join us to bring lifestyle-driven hospitality to new heights with a dedicated, collaborative team in a vibrant, city-facing setting. Scheduled to open in Spring 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow with accuracy and poise
- Communicate seating status clearly with service and management teams
- Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand and entry area
- Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and special requests
- Support service staff during peak periods to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous host or front-of-house experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, professional presence in a high-energy environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
