Full-Time Hematology & Coagulation Medical Technologist

Role: Medical Technologist II, Hem/Coag Technical Specialist Responsibilities: Perform and oversee complex hematology and coagulation testing in an academic medical setting.Validate and analyze patient specimens to ensure accurate results.Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and maintain quality control protocols.Optimize laboratory workflows to support clinical care, research, and education.Collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and trainees to enhance laboratory operations.Mentor junior staff and support method validation and process improvements.Maintain regulatory compliance within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
