About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within an inclusive, employee-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive, with a focus on personal recognition.
  • Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
  • Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
  • Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and address questions or transfer calls as needed.
  • Responsible for issued bank; count bank at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure all cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures and report any cash over/shorts to management.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed.
  • Utilize proper procedures when handling guest personally identifiable information (PII) data.
  • Follow checklists during guest check-in and check-out, retrieving necessary identification documents and forms of payment upon arrival.
  • Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
  • Minimum of High School education.

Skills

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Pay

Compensation range: $16 per hour.
