Full Time Grocery Merchandiser - Mesa, AZ

C.A. Fortune is a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency that helps brands win at retail through sales strategy, in-store execution, full-service marketing, and digital commerce. We bring together sales experts, marketers, e-commerce specialists, data analysts, and creatives to help brands grow, compete, and lead in the marketplace.

The Grocery Merchandiser will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks, ensuring our clients' products are well-stocked and accurately represented on store shelves. This role requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.

Location: Mesa, AZ (within a 25-55 mile radius). This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week (5 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Perform retail tasks including ordering products, stocking shelves, and conducting audits in grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify accurate representation of clients' products on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to professional appearance and attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day (up to 50 pounds).
• Work independently in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with store team guidelines and attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
• Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid Driver License, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) with service and internet for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and bend/stoop for extended periods.

Bilingual preferred but not required. Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.
