Full Time Grocery Merchandiser - Albuquerque, NM

About the role
The Grocery Merchandiser will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. This position requires merchandising, the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds, and consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication. Location: Albuquerque, NM (within a 25-55 mile radius).
Responsibilities
- Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
- Perform retail work including ordering products, stocking shelves, and working product from new orders.
- Conduct audits in area grocery stores and travel between store locations within the designated territory.
- Verify that clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves and ensure products are well stocked.
- Maintain a safe working environment while adhering to store dress code and attendance guidelines.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day (up to 50 pounds).
- Work independently in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.
- Comply with additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
- Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
- Switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation, valid Driver License, and proof of Automobile insurance.
- Reliable phone (within 5 years old) with service and internet for daily communication.
- Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.
