Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate salaried managers and hourly staff through performance reviews, coaching, and discipline.
- Recruit, interview, and recommend hiring of employees.
- Set work schedules, assign tasks, and direct daily operations.
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and steps of service.
- Implement marketing initiatives.
- Cooktrain staff.
- Supervise food production and ensure recipe and procedure compliance.
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
- Enforce security and safety protocols for staff and guests.
- Manage inventory, food, supplies, and liquor costs.
- Ensure safe food handling practices.
- Achieve sales, customer service, food safety, and profitability targets.
- Foster a positive, consistent work environment.
