Full Time Gastroenterologist

About the role
We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join Gastroenterologists of Ocean County. This is a general gastroenterology role that includes hospital duties and shared call. The practice is a 7-physician team with 2 nurse practitioners who handle sub-specialty consults, allowing you to focus on procedures and office-based patient care. The position offers a competitive base salary for new hires and an early partnership track, including the opportunity to buy into ownership and equity of the surgical center.
Responsibilities
- Perform general gastroenterology procedures and office-based patient care
- Participate in shared call (1:7 ratio)
- Round at Ocean Medical Center, part of the Hackensack Meridian Healthcare System
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- New Jersey medical license
- DEA and CDS (assistance available for procurement)
