Full Time Food Runner – Solette Seattle (Rooftop Venue)

Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. Join us to bring lifestyle-driven hospitality to new heights with a dedicated, collaborative team in a vibrant, city-facing setting. Scheduled to open in Spring 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food promptly and accurately from kitchen to guests, ensuring presentation and quality standards
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, efficient service flow
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding orders and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and pass areas
- Assist with table maintenance, guest needs, and service resets as required
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; high-volume or upscale environments is an asset
- Strong sense of urgency with attention to detail and presentation
- Clear communicator with a guest-first, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours
