Full Time Floating Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Sr. Living/ ALF/ Memory Care

About the Role

Full-time float Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position serving multiple senior living communities in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Blue Hill, Deer Isle, and Stonington.

Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Management team members have experience in the roles they oversee, ensuring understanding of therapist needs and promoting work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in assisted living, independent living, outpatient clinic, and sub-acute/skilled nursing facility settings.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility to practice in the state of employment.

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $22/hr - $32/hr.
