Overview

A full-time floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is available in multiple Senior Living Communities including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities in Camden, Union, and Rockland. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

  • Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
  • Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Be flexible with hours

Qualifications

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a Senior Living Community
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation

Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP)

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Requirements

  • A successful Rehab Director will:
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide speech therapy services as needed
  • Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
