$5,000 sign-on bonus for this full-time float Occupational Therapist (OT) position serving multiple senior living communities in assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings across Ellsworth, Orland, and Bucksport.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities and homes
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation
- Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Be flexible with hours
Requirements
- Current OT license or license-eligible to practice in the state

Pay
Good faith rate range: $30/hr – $40/hr
About the Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist Role
A full-time Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide speech therapy services as needed
Requirements
- Licensed speech therapist or license-eligible in the state of employment
- Experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
