Responsibilities

• Consistently generate new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from current membership base, and through engaging club tours for walk-ins.
• Quickly identify potential member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services to the member and close the sale.
• Thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and meet challenging monthly quotas.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands including club cleanliness.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to consistently generate new club memberships through various marketing activities.
• Ability to quickly identify potential member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands including club cleanliness.

Pay

$24,500 Base/Compensation opportunity of bonus and commissions
