Responsibilities

- No required to work on Sundays! - Generate new club memberships through marketing activities, referral leads, and club tours. - Identify potential member needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services. - Thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment. - Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting. - Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands including club cleanliness.

- Ability to consistently generate new club memberships. - Ability to quickly identify potential member needs and use solution-selling techniques. - Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position. - Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year
