The Guest Services Representative position is based at the TownePlace Suites in Mechanicsburg, PA and focuses on delivering courteous, efficient service to guests, providing information about the hotel and local area, and assisting with arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries.
• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests.
• Provide information on the local area and points of interest.
• Assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Answer front desk phone and operate the switchboard.
• Handle cash and departmental accounting/financial transactions related to the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

Starting rate: $15.72 per hour, with a $1/hr shift premium for weekend shifts.

Schedule

Part‑time position with required availability from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on various days, including weekends and holidays.
