Full- Time EMS Faculty Opening Emergency Medicine
About the role
The Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor, Instructor. The department is currently composed of over 40 full-time faculty members with interests in medical education, health services and research. The existing faculty program has distinctive strengths in communication, safety and operational sciences, geriatric emergency medicine and undergraduate and graduate medical education.
Responsibilities
- Skills in health services and/or out of hospital care, EMS leadership and Clinical research
- Success in obtaining grant funding is a distinct advantage
Requirements
- ABEM certification or board eligibility
Qualifications
We are ideally seeking candidates from a four-year Residency and Fellowship.
Skills
Candidates must possess the ability to teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students.

Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $302,640 - $361,327.
