Full-Time Emergency Department Manager

About the Role

Seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee the Pediatric Emergency Department in a new community hospital. The role involves managing approximately 55 FTEs, ensuring high-quality, family-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility with 24 beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and maintain 24/7 accountability for patient care.
• Develop and implement department goals and strategic plans.
• Enforce compliance with regulatory standards and ensure effective care delivery through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Oversee personnel administration, including staff performance, education, and development.
• Manage departmental budget and fiscal oversight.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and accountability to support organizational growth and exceptional pediatric care.
