About the role
Trellis Services is hiring a Therapeutic Integration (TI) Program Manager for its Edgewood Program site. The role involves ensuring effective and safe treatment plan implementation for clients aged 9-21 diagnosed with autism, managing staff and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Complete all intakes and tours in a timely and effective manner.
- Schedule clients and staff on a daily basis.
- Maintain annual client/staff calendar.
- Ensure each client’s file is up-to-date with accurate information (phone numbers, allergies, medications, etc.).
- Create and update client treatment plans in accordance with due dates (30-day plan, annually, AOP).
- Be the point of contact for all call-outs and staff management issues.
- Manage and approve all aspects regarding daily attendance.
- Report any need for disciplinary action or behavioral incidents with the Clinical Support Specialist.
- Manage maintenance of Trellis vehicle, if applicable.
- Train new staff members on TI policy and procedures.
- Cookordinate and communicate all issues regarding client transportation (including schools).
- Must be available by phone/email during indirect hours.
- Refer any request for additional staff to Clinical Support Specialist.
- Ensure group leaders are prepared and curriculum is implemented.
- Attend monthly program manager meetings with Clinical Support Specialist.
- Act as a staff fill-in in the event the program is short-staffed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs including, but not limited to Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Trellis Services web-based systems/programs.
