About the role

As an Early Literacy Lead Teacher, you’ll advocate for students, differentiate instruction, and empower them to grow and shine. With our proven curriculum and support, you’ll guide students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Customize and deliver lessons using data to meet individual student needs.
  • Engage students by fostering ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
  • Embrace professional development through training, coaching, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate student and academic records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
  • Experience teaching, with a strong belief that all children can learn.
  • Ability to navigate online platforms for record-keeping and communication.
