Full Time E-Commerce Lead

Job Overview

Cub Inver Grove Heights is seeking a full-time Ecommerce team member to ensure accurate and efficient order preparation for pick-up or delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute on delivery times and order accuracy
• Follow department safety and sanitation programs
• Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with other departments and store staff
• Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders
• Check expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods

Job Requirements

• Equipment operation (carts, box cutter, baler, compactor etc.)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
• Memorization, reading, writing and math
• On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
• Good judgment for handling situations without immediate supervision
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Open availability for shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age and older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
