Full-Time Diet Clerk

The Role

We are looking to add a skilled and experienced Full-Time Diet Clerk to our Cura Hospitality team in Natchitoches, LA. As a Diet Clerk, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing nutritional data software.
• Inputting nutritional information.
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.

What We're Looking For

• Must-haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
• At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.
• Nice-to-haves:
• Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Compensation Range

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
