Full-Time Dental Assistant

About the Role

A full-time position in a start-up pediatric and orthodontic dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pediatric and orthodontic dental procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean operatories.
• Create a welcoming environment for young patients and families.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatments.
• Support scheduling, charting, and front desk tasks as needed.
• Represent the office at community and marketing events.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant certification and current X-ray license (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with children.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing environment.
• Experience in pediatric or orthodontic settings is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital dental technology and charting software.
