About the role
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for a child with medical complexities, helping them grow and thrive safely at home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one nursing care to a 33‑year‑old client with tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage trach and g‑tube care.
- Collaborate with family and the healthcare team to support the child’s health and development.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in Kansas.
- Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills (ventilator, trach, g‑tube).
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
Skills
- Hands‑on training provided in ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tube care.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Strong communication and compassionate caregiving.

Pay
Base hourly range: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on license, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
Location: Blue Rapids, KS 66411. Shift options: Friday‑Monday 8 a.m.–6 p.m., 9 a.m.–7 p.m., or 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
