About the role
Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time LPN to join our team at Tuscaloosa County Jail. This position offers a 12-hour day shift rotation from 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, every other weekend.Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Respond to both routine and urgent medical needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow established clinical protocols and standards
