Full-Time Day Shift LPN | Meaningful Care, Structured Schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Respond to both routine and urgent medical needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow established clinical protocols and standards

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Alabama
• At least one year of recent experience in a correctional facility setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in emergency response and trauma care
• Knowledge of correctional health care practices

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

12-hour day shift rotation: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, every other weekend
