Full Time Day RN or LVN for Infant in Nacogdoches

About the role

Pediatric Home Service, a trusted leader in pediatric home health since 1990, seeks an RN or LVN in Nacogdoches, TX to provide 1:1 care for an infant with a G‑tube. The schedule is Sunday, Thursday, and Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to children with medical complexities in their home.
• Assist with ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy (G‑tube) care as needed.
• Develop a meaningful connection with the child and family, monitor progress, and support the child’s ability to thrive at home.
• Receive specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and G‑tube care with 24/7 team support.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and follow physician‑ordered care plans.

Requirements

• Current RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills (vent, trach, G‑tube).
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude; “heart” for working with medically complex children.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Valid RN or LVN license; ability to pass background check and health screenings.
