Full-time Day RN

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Homecare Role & Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adult clients in their homes.Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and report changes to healthcare providers.Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions aligned with patient diagnoses and goals.Identify educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs through review of care protocols.Respond to patient condition changes and intervene as necessary, ensuring appropriate documentation. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license for the practicing state.Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.Preferably one year of RN experience. Key Duties: Providing comprehensive home-based nursing care, medication administration, patient assessment, and care plan adjustments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
