Schedule: Full-time Day Shift

Pay

  • Starting pay: $51.00/HR - $60.50/HR (based on licensed experience)
  • $8,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time new hires

About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Current RN License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon
  • Resident Care Expertise: Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for our residents
  • Leadership Skills: Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery
  • A Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices
