Full Time Day and Night Private Duty RN or LVN for Teen in Richardson
About the Role
Join Pediatric Home Service as a Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse in Richardson, TX, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with medical complexities. This role offers 1:1 pediatric home health care, allowing you to build real connections and see progress firsthand. We’re seeking RNs and LVNs for day and night shifts, caring for a 19-year-old client with a trach and vent.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care for a child with complex medical needs.
- Develop a real connection with the child and their family, becoming part of their support system.
- Administer specialized care, including ventilator, trach, and g-tube management.
Training & Support
We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, so no prior experience is required. Our team provides 24/7 support, ensuring you’re never alone in your role. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a compassionate heart are essential.
Qualifications
- RN or LVN license in Texas.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
