Full-Time Custodian

About the role

This full-time custodial role involves maintaining all building facilities, including bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. The position emphasizes providing excellent customer service by interacting courteously with guests and staff, adhering to safety standards, and supporting team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy cleaning of bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
• Conduct minor repairs and groundskeeping
• Handle snow removal and ensure HVAC functionality
• Operate vehicles and maintain supplies
• Assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, stand, walk, climb, and perform various physical tasks
• Comfort working outdoors and in different environmental conditions
• Strong attention to safety and OSHA standards
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, with some job sharing possible
