About the role

The CRNA will provide anesthesia management for diverse patient populations across various surgical specialties including general, GI, ENT, and orthopedic cases. They will work within a supportive team environment to deliver optimal patient care while maintaining high clinical standards. The position is full‑time W2 based in Ponca City, OK.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia management for a wide range of surgical specialties (general, GI, ENT, dental, urology, orthopedic, GYN, and some OB cases).
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team to ensure optimal patient care and uphold high clinical standards.
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 1‑3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, regional blocks, orthopedic, and OB/GYN cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Proficiency in regional blocks, ultrasound‑guided blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks desired (facility willing to train).

Schedule
