About the role

Provide anesthesia management for a diverse patient population and work within a supportive team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists. The position offers mentorship and onboarding support for new graduates, encouragement for full‑scope practice, and access to group benefits via a preferred partnership with corporate clinical directors.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for pediatrics, OB, ENT, general, radiology, GI/Urology, and orthopedic cases.
• Participate in a 1:7 call rotation with a guaranteed post‑call day off.
• Take optional extra shifts at nearby EAM facilities for additional income.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 CRNAs and 1 in‑house MD (12‑hour shifts, 24‑hour coverage) alongside 5 anesthesiologists.
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification by the NBCRNA.
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Louisiana.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric settings).
• No minimum experience required; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in pediatrics, OB, ENT, general, radiology, GI/Urology, and orthopedics preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
