About the Role

Provide high-acuity care during interfacility and emergency transports for critically ill or injured patients.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and monitor critically ill or injured patients during transport.
• Manage ventilators and infusions, perform advanced patient assessments.
• Collaborate with EMS, ED, ICU teams, and physicians to ensure safe, timely transfers.
• Document care accurately in EMR and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Support quality and safety initiatives within a community-focused health system.
