Responsibilities
- General customer service.
- Running front of house as a team, or individually.
- Must be comfortable running a cash register and assisting in food prep (bagels and cream cheese).
- Front lobby maintenance.
- Inventory counts.
- Providing assistance to the bakers when needed.
- Clean and disinfect work area; set-up and break-down work station; and follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Prepping and baking bagels.
- Making all dough mixtures in a timely manner using correct procedures.
- Understand rotation and shelf life of raw dough.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work in a sometimes fast paced bakery focused on baking bagels and serving smiles.
- A strong understanding of what it takes to provide great customer service to customers.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly and efficiently under pressure.
