Full Time Cook 6am-2pm

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cook to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents and families
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Directing, evaluating, and monitoring the staff assigned to the food services department
• Issuing disciplinary actions as necessary and performing probationary and annual evaluations of employee performance
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No minimum years of experience required
• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
