Full Time CNA - 2nd & 3rd Shift

About the role

River Ridge at Avon is hiring for Full Time positions on 2nd Shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) and 3rd Shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) at an hourly rate starting at $19.00. We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
