Full Time CNA - 1st & 2nd Shift

About the role

Benchmark at South Farms is hiring a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant for 1st Shift (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) and 2nd Shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) with every-other-weekend rotation. Starting hourly rate is $19.25.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people who have dementia is desired
