Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and outstanding styling sessions
• Drive client retention and strive to meet individual and store targets
• Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high standards in both front and back of house
• Support stock management in all aspects
• Build and foster the GANNI community through online booking services and in-store events

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience within a similar industry, preferably in a luxury/premium environment
• Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Experience with sales in a goal-oriented environment
• Understanding of omnichannel and clienteling strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Optimistic, committed, dedicated, and curious with an authentic approach

Pay

GANNI offers an hourly range of $17.00 - $18.00 USD for this position, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
