Primary Functions And Essential Responsibilities

  • Professionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
  • Utilizing and properly maintain commercial floorcare equipment.
  • Move all reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning underneath and behind as well as all corners and edges.
  • Identify and note any damages or safety hazards, injuries, etc. to direct supervisor.
  • Replenish/restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
  • Utilize biometric timeclock to track labor hours in Paycom.
  • Send pictures via phone/text message and email daily after cleaning is complete.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Custodial experience is required.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must.
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
  • Pass drug testing and background check and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Availability during the hours of 11 pm and 6 am.
  • Ability to be flexible with the understanding that hours may fluctuate based on business need.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Continually required to stand, walk, bend, stoop and kneel.
  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, and kneel.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 + pounds.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers is crucial.
  • Regular use of the mobile smart phone and e-mail for communication is essential.
  • Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect documents.
  • Must be able to operate forklifts/pallet jacks as needed.
  • The job may be performed in a warehouse environment or retail/grocery environment.
