Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality are essential. Reliable, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team are also required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

Continually required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required. Regular use of a mobile phone for communication and work-related tasks. Hearing and vision sufficient to safely perform job duties. Work is performed in warehouse, retail, grocery, or distribution environments. Must be willing to work varying shifts based on business needs.
