Expand Psychology is seeking full-time licensed psychologists to join our growing team across our Falls Church and Old Town Alexandria locations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a full-time outpatient caseload, typically consisting of approximately 20–25 direct client contact hours per week.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Participate in consultation, supervision, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Contribute to the growth of specialty areas, clinical programming, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Pursue professional interests such as parent consultation, group therapy, or psychological assessment based on your expertise and goals.

Requirements

  • Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an APA-accredited institution
  • Completion of an APA-accredited predoctoral internship
  • Licensed or license-eligible psychologist in Virginia
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
  • Preferred Characteristics: Passion for collaborative and integrative care, commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth, interest in consultation, program development, or community engagement, desire to contribute to a positive and collegial team environment, appreciation for diversity and culturally responsive clinical practice
