Full Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

About the role

As an occupational therapy assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care. You’ll be part of a growing team dedicated to delivering quality treatment and excellent functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's particular needs, with the support of an Occupational Therapist.
• Support patients through all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment progress with patients and document patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
